You can modify the Forms to meet your specific needs by converting them into a standard word processing, database, or spreadsheet program. 

This log can be used as a checklist to learn which tasks have been completed. Also, you can indicate specific tasks you want done. If you have already performed some of the tasks for the day, you can mark them off as completed so they are not repeated.
